What happened at the funeral of British Queen Elizabeth II that flared up on China,

  China has registered a strong protest over the signing of a condolence book by the representative of Taiwan on the funeral day of Britain's Queen Elizabeth II.

A statement was made by China's Foreign Ministry that it is disrespectful to Britain to invite Taiwan.

Let us inform that many countries, including President Draupadi Murmu, were invited from India to attend the funeral of the British Queen.

The condolence book was signed by the delegates at Westminster Hall in London on the occasion.

In which China is furious over the invitation to Taiwan.

"We emphasize that the DPP (Taiwan's ruling Democratic Progressive Party) official used this opportunity for political manipulation," Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Mao Ning told a media briefing.

Taiwan claimed that its ambassador, Kelly Hsieh, was "specially invited" by the British government to sign a condolence book at Lancaster House.

"This is shameful. However, this incident does not change the fact that Taiwan is part of China. The political plan of the Taiwanese authorities is doomed to fail," Mao said.

Significantly, China has already told Taiwan its share.

That is why China has also been opposing visits by foreign governments to Taiwan.Recently US Senator Nancy Pelosi visited Taiwan.

On which China had objected and threatened war. 

Earlier, Chinese Vice President Wang Qishan visited Britain on Sunday.

Two days later, parliament officials allegedly prevented the Chinese delegation from attending the funeral.

British House of Commons Speaker Lindsay Hoyle, quoting reports from Hong Kong-based South China Morning Post, said a request by a delegation of Chinese officials to its ambassador to Britain to attend the condolence meeting had been rejected.

The late Queen Elizabeth II died at the age of 96 at the Balmoral Estate in Scotland on 8 September.

The funeral took place on Monday at Westminster Abbey in London.
